Most products are complex because no one made the hard decisions.
Design is the work of bringing clarity to complexity, turning uncertainty into systems people can understand, trust, and use without friction.
Real simplicity means going so deep into the problem that what remains feels like the only possible answer. That takes far more work than complexity ever does.
I care about the details no one notices because those are the ones that make everything feel right. Not just decoration. Not craft for craft's sake. It's like finishing the back of the drawer. Nobody sees it. But it's there.
What we make is a testament to what we believe. The goal is to make something so considered, so resolved, it could not have been any other way.
